 Once we have received your consultation fee and information for screening, We will commence your nanny search. This non-refundable fee covers locating, screening, and processing all qualified applicants to match your job description, as well as the opportunity for you to talk to applicants by phone before your interviews are arranged. All nanny candidates have in-depth interviews and applications to fill out at our office and their qualifications are matched to meet your specific screening requirements before your interview them. All candidates have been given your job description and their requirements are met as well to insure a long-term placement.

 There is no obligation to pay the placement fee until you have selected the nanny of your choice. Once you have extended an offer, I will meet with you at your home before your nanny begins working and your placement fee will be due at this time, a Client Placement Agreement will be given to you acknowledging that you are the sole employer of the nanny and that Nanny Solutions, Inc. requires that your nanny be drug-screened, obtain a criminal background clearance check, a driving record, and reference check. This client placement agreement must be signed and placement fee paid before a nanny can start working. Nanny Solutions, Inc. advises all nannies to take CPR and to keep it current. However, the family hiring the nanny is solely responsible for ensuring that their nanny takes a CPR class if one has not been taken and for looking at their CPR card to see that it has been taken and is current.

 Nanny Solutions, Inc. guarantees a replacement nanny if you are not completely satisfied with your nanny within the first four months of employment for your long-term placement. There is no replacement guarantee for short-term placements. This replacement procedure will be followed in the event of any unresolvable personality conflicts, justified termination, or nanny resignation within this four-month period.
